Bim In Public Administration: Technical Specifications In Public Bidding

The growth in use of BIM in Brazil was accompanied by the demand for specification guides, mainly in public management, where the impact of its adoption requires the efficient use of this disruptive methodology. However, there is no homogeneity of information in publications and, occasionally, it's possible to find contradictory information. Therefore, this research aims to verify the assertiveness of these documents, promoting a broad review of the material already published, particularly in relation to the practice of public project hiring processes. To substantiate this division, the work was divided into three: review of scientific articles on this topic, already published bidding notices and review of the most relevant Brazilian guides. The first stage has already been carried out and its result has been already published. In this paper the results of the second stage are being reported, the review of the bidding notices published in the period from 2018 to 2023.
