Digital Interfaces For Post Occupancy Evaluation In Housing: Enhancement of The App “Como Você Mora 2.0”
Post-occupancy evaluation (POE) is a method for assessing built environments, aiming to enhance their quality. Recent advancements in digital interfaces, particularly through apps, that have significantly evolution on study. The study "POE Digital System for Housing Environment Quality" highlights the role of technology. "COMO VOCÊ MORA (CVM)" app it’s a product of this study, a web-based questionnaire for evaluating dwellings that covers diverse aspects such as household profiles, building materials, urban integration, usage patterns, environmental comfort, and consumption habits, with 105 questions across 6 sections. Developed to facilitate feedback for future projects and provide statistical insights, CVM uses IoT and graphical interfaces to it. This article covers its recent upgrade focused on transitioning to a WebApp, connecting to a new database, enhancing functionality, and improving UX/UI design. Tested in Uberlândia, Brazil, the enhanced app provides more effective and enjoyable user interactions, data reading and analysis.
