Generative Design-To-Production Workflow For Complex Spatial Scenarios Utilizing Kit-of-Parts

Through the design and production study, this research aims to improve and demonstrate the production efficiency of the proposed design-to-production workflow for architects, practitioners, construction project stakeholders, and workers. The practicality of this workflow is a key focus, designed to make the construction delivery process of a built scenario easier and smoother. The paper explores a computational design strategy and production process in one coherent workflow. The research is based on an experimental project that employs the generative notion of scenario design for production delivery to test the efficiency, applicability, deliverability, and spatial and aesthetic qualities in physical prototypes.
